Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
PLEASE NOTE
Custom made and Personalised items are exempt from returns and refunds legislation and we will be unable to accept returns for these items (unless damaged or not as described). We will be in contact with you through every stage of the customization process and will confirm all designs and sizes before shipping to ensure everything is to your satisfaction.
RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXHANGES?
We hope you love your T-Shirt and make every effort to get it to you in tip-top condition but if for any reason you need to return or exchange your item please email us at hallionclothing@hotmail.com as soon as possible after receiving your order. We will then email you with instructions on how to return the item.
We can only accept items returned to us within 30 days from the date your order was dispatched. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and free from marks or stains (for example make up or deodorant marks).
For exchanges or returns you are required to pay the return postage price (unless there is a fault or you have been sent the wrong item). You are also responsible for the item until it reaches us. When sending anything back to us retain proof of posting from your postal service, so that you may trace the package if something goes awry. You may wish to send it recorded for extra peace of mind.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
